Community Safety Letter

October 31, 2024 Dear Parents/Guardians/Caregivers, This letter is to inform you about an incident that occurred off school property today at approximately 12:30. During lunch, students noticed a male in a parked vehicle who appeared to be videotaping students with his phone. The students did the right thing by reporting this incident to staff. We immediately contacted police and they are now investigating this matter. We have taken time today to remind students about safe practices, and we encourage you to do the same. Below, please find a helpful list for discussing street safety with your children. Never approach or enter a stranger’s car; adults have no acceptable reason to offer a ride or to ask children for directions or assistance. Rec
